• What I Eat In A Day | Dairy & Gluten Free Edition

    Breakfast: Before I decided to completely cut out both dairy and gluten, I’ve always appreciated a bowl of cereal accompanied by a piece of fruit, (typically banana). Although finding alternatives that suit specific dietary requirements deem challenging, your stomach will thank you for it, (I know mine does). For cereal nowadays I’m really enjoying the GoFree honey flakes by Nestle, (due to the honey they aren’t vegan) but super tasty nonetheless. Once finished I will munch my banana (on the go or I’ll be late for work) and complete my meal with both water and the Naked Green Machine.
